Alan, what new project is this I see before me?
ReplyDeleteHmmmm... very interesting. Looking forward to how your game turns out.
Eric
Just a wee extension/ side room to my A very regency civil war project and napoleonic Balkan one. A few more troops allowed different battles to take place.

Great to see Minifigs in action! You know: it is little set-ups like this that I find most eye-catching and inspiring. I'll be on the lookout for more of the battle - and, if it is something of a generation circumstance, the campaign...
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Ion
Indeed. Have managed to make a coupe of moves . As for potential campaign , hmmm maybe.

True to your word you got them straight onto the table! The game looks and sounds grand too.
ReplyDeleteBest wishes, James
I did go for it. Thanks for encouraging comment.

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely.

Interesting.
ReplyDeleteMust the French units cross the bridge before they can go into battle?
The French can cross the river but it takes a whole turn to do so.

A nice size of game Alan! I find small solo games can be as interesting as the huge all day multi player events!
ReplyDeleteI do too . A wee interesting tactical battle you can keep up , enjoy the look of and make the odd move over some days works for me.

Hi Alan,
ReplyDeleteThis is a brilliant little setup! Those classic Minifigs look fantastic on the table, and there is something incredibly charming about a small, focused scenario like a village crossroads.
Cheers, Andy
