Perhaps they would be compatible size wise with SB. Judicious choices make the ahistorical nature of some AA figures less obvious.

As for uniforms - if you enter the world of Napoleonics by any route you either embrace the painting challenge or go all greatcoats and shako covers. Steve Barber has some horsemen in their capes/cloaks and should work size wise especially as the horses give them height.

StephenDuke of Baylenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02192929271655893946noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4798056059089761235.post-75389328567321637132021-11-16T06:29:57.954+00:002021-11-16T06:29:57.954+00:00Interesting looking book. I have repainted the Bronte sisters several times already.

Preben Kannik is good for generic period colours.

Hopefully you can get outside and take that Black Dog for a walk.

Mark, Man of TINhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10485063133593455522noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4798056059089761235.post-3949591214986861282021-11-16T05:26:35.286+00:002021-11-16T05:26:35.286+00:00Books are always good. Or are your trying for some historical accuracy? I don't know much about ranges of figures for the period either - but I think Foundry does a lot of Napoleonic figures.

Good luck!
