64- A Beatles or Zoo Lane birthday!

 I turned 64 today. Went to my eldest’s for lunch, went back to Edinburgh and had a meal out with the family. 

Not to mention presents-

Breakfast left for me by my middle daughter before she left for work this morning.

The price is staggering but the image is beautiful. One could look and look at it for hours. Voysey has succeeded in creating a fascinating world. We wargamers are a funny crowd we find inspiration in many place be it junk, the supermarket aisle or even wallpaper.

 Years ago l took my figures on the bus in my father’s Van Heisenberg shirt boxes, not thick card and not really up to the job. Next improvement was a metal tool box, heavy but it worked well. Forward to 2024 and my troops now go by train or car in box files inside this bag-
