Their Graces, the rightful and honorable rulers of the Principality of Hesse-Engelburg unto the Duke and Duchess of Tradgardland send greetings. Having heard of the unfortunate situation regarding the imprisonment of your daughter, Alisona, in the hands of the newly proclaimed leader of Shetland, and being duly disturbed by such endangerment of Alisona, we write to inform you that we have dispatched a squadron of our vessels at the greatest haste to this same island of Shetland.

Aboard the vessel is one Colonel von Heiner, empowered to speak upon our behalf and experienced in diplomatic matters, whom we have directed to deliver letters instructing that the Princess Alisona be released into his care in sign of good faith from the proclaimed ruler of Shetland.

Knowing that Your Graces would have been aware of the haste with which the squadron passed through your country to the sea, we write this to inform you of our intent and assure you that we shall do what we may to see to your daughter's safety.
