On patrol...

 Through the countryside of the Electorate of Honaver the Horse Grenadiers ride on patrol. They are  oblivious to the worsening situation whereby  the neighbouring Duke of Warttemburg has demanded the return of stolen porcelain and makes extravagant threats of invasion...
Figures are recently acquired  pre-painted 40mm toy soldiers of unknown manufacturer- can anyone shed alight on this?

    Great figures and budding storyline.......was the porcelain anything in particular? (perhaps a the Duchesses champerpot?)

    They are quite fine. I like the saddle blankets especially. And I thought my Front Rank 28mm Russian horse grenadiers were big!
    I did hear a rumour at court that the Duke's mistress might have discretely sold some porcelain to cover her whist debts. Pity that it's being blamed on Hoanver now that it's been found missing.
