Had a jolly visit to Carronade today ( good to chat with fellow blogger Jim and other folk ) and bought these in the rummage box and bring and buy. Can anyone identify these-
and these-
Finally found a splendid collection of M.E Minifigs I just could not resist-
Tradgardmastare,
ReplyDeleteYou have done well! I remember those Minifig ME figures, some of which were transformed by Eric Knowles into Arab-looking auxiliary troops for his Madasahatta campaign.
All the best,
Bob

ReplyDeleteDo you have any photos of Eric's conversions? I would be most interested to see them.
Tradgardmastare,
DeleteUnfortunately I have no photos of any of Eric's figures.
All the best,
Bob
Good to see you today Alan.
ReplyDeleteCan't help with the figures from the rummage box, that's why they were in the rummage box.
Nice find with the ME figures but then it was me that pointed you at them.
Jim
Good to see you too and thanks for heads up on the M.E fellows!
ReplyDeleteAlan
Sadly can't help with the figures , good find with the ME figures though ! , Tony
ReplyDeleteThe ME figures were listed as ManOrcs (Saruman's lads). I can dig up a code number if uou want.
ReplyDeleteSome of the individuals are vaguely familiar. The female in the 2ndicture, with the big round base is definitrly a Ral Partha figure.

The lostminiswiki is always a good source to identify old miniatures.
ReplyDeleteI am jealous on your ME minifigs...
Phil, if you are keen on acquiring old ME Minifigs figures I know that the chap who sold some to Alan will be at Crisis later this year. He may have some left.
DeleteJim
Excellent find! I see you have some of the regular orcs as well as Saruman's lads...
