The Ducal Weekend...

Yesterday was Anna's degree show in Gala. We travelled by train to go to it and spend time with her. Here is the proud ( and rightly so ) Textile Design student with her  final work-
Today I have been enjoying the garden-

Aka code name: very proud dad.
Are you sure these really are pea and bean structures? They look like secret radar CHAIN HOME Stations, ready to be attacked or defended in a garden game. Mark, Man of TIN blog

    Nice garden indeed.
What have you got going on the gaming front? More Middle Earth stuff?

    1. Perhaps some space figures for skirmishing plus a bigger project to fight my regular opponent's Poles.

  6. Congratulations to Anna and to her proud father. Lovely to see your garden, which already looks very lush. I expect those beans will be racing upwards daily. Sadly no veggies for us, our lot is heavily treed out back and not enough sun for vegetables, though we have some shade plants for décor. Madame's heart is more for perennials.
    Cheers, M
