Thanks Mark. You are most observant re the Deetail homage. I have another couple of Tradgardland regiments to swop heads and paint. That box of Crescent guardsmen has been so useful and I enjoyed getting them ready to fight again after their long hibernation.
Looks fantastic Tradgardmastare - I understand what Mark is saying; at first glance I thought some of the Tradgardland soldiers were Deetail ACW figures! Lovely to see these venerable old figures in action.
It is indeed a good feeling to see those venerable old figures in action once more.Sometimes I feel the small space challenges you make the very most of figures, terrain &tactics.
Superb looking so far. The Crescent conversions are very fine and with the light green bases look like Britain's Deetail.
