A growing conern

In the corridors of power in Maple Leaf Country and even in Albion herself  their is growing concern over the expansion of the Rusland Empire. They now have a foothold on the North West coast of Maple Leaf Country.Their trading posts, small forts and constant meddling in local affairs worries many. Some fear an invasion of Maple Leaf Country is imminent. In the meantime a close watch is being maintained of all Rusland activity including their monoplane used for patrolling...

      Just some introductory shots to set the scene and give a context. Setting up a game over the next day or so. These Ruslanders deserve a game, they have waited for it oh so patiently.

    Headline in Russland Today:

    Claims in the Albion press that Russland traders in areas bordering Maple Leaf Country are “interfering in local affairs” are yet another example of Russlophobia. Stories of Russland naval troops in territories not belonging to Maple Leaf Country are pure invention. There are a few local volunteers who are prepared to defend the settlers and traders from unscrupulous imperialists. They are absolutely nothing to do with the armed forces of Russland, as evidenced by the lack of insignia on their uniforms. The fact that they are uniformed just shows how well organised and seriously they take the righteous duty to defend the settlers.
