The Ruslanders have built a series of forts along the North West coast of Maple Leaf Country. Their whitewashed timbers stand tall beside forest and sea. Something needs to be done. Calls for an expedition grow in the Maple Leaf parliament. Soon plans are afoot.

ReplyDeleteThey are indeed, stuck onto a cardboard box and some spare cardboard. The process was one of those therapeutic things to do and the result has a certain naive charm. Potential to be used for different times and places. Decided I wanted something homemade and cheap.

DeleteOne called an aunt in Maple Leaf Country to say that the Francophone residents of the country were tearing down street signs in English. It has caused quite a stir.

ReplyDeleteI keep the lolly sticks from our household consumption for plant labels etc. They come in odd shapes and sizes. Therefore I bought a bundle online otherwise the fort would never have got built.
