Great pictures Tradgardmastare! I always liked the goblins you're using for scouts as they were armoured, armed with spears and had bows on their backs - reminded me of Persian Immortals!
Funnily enough, on a stroll locally yesterday I saw a sign outside a house advertising a firm: ‘Fangorn Landscapes’. “Hmm! Great if you want an overgrown garden”, I thought.
Aha! Has Mr Gruber found an early Ent portrait? https://manoftinblog.wordpress.com/2021/01/27/ents-tolkein-and-e-nesbits-magic-cities-drawn-by-gb-george-barraud-1913/

ReplyDeleteInteresting. I guess Ents would make excellent gardeners but would take their time talking with clients and deciding upon a course of action...
DeleteI like how you told this story. It sounds a bit like a children's book. Very poetic. And the ents look fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThanks, the Ents are terrific models indeed!
DeleteThose orcs better watch out for huorns!
ReplyDeleteFangorn Landscapes might not be so bad, especially if they have any entwives on staff.
So you know where the entwives have gone? Tell us all...
ReplyDeleteDo not be so hasty. Hrum, hroom.
DeleteGreat little game. Nice to see the ME figures in action.
