Winter in Albion once more , those street urchins are annoying the lamplighter with snowballs as he goes about his business. The deer have come into the village in search of food and the Vicar is practicing carols outside the rectory. All is peaceful but there may be trouble ahead…
Street urchins amuse themselves with a snowball fight as the lamps are lit..Carolling practice outside the rectory, the Vicar seems most impressed.
Hoi urchins! Leave the lamplighter alone…
Whatever could disturb this village scene on such a night as this?
I admit I'm really, really tempted by these figures. I remember trips to France where you could buy really nice figures that were comparable - but just too expensive at the time.
ReplyDeleteGet down to that local garden centre now…

Sadly our snow is turning to slush this morning .
ReplyDeleteSame here leaving a heady mix of ice, slush and water. Roads fine but pavements lethal!

I agree with rross, never trust a squirrel! They’ll pelt you with seeds without a moment’s notice!
ReplyDeleteI’ll take your warnings gentlemen!
