A Joe Morschauser game in 15mm

I was inspired by this cover of a magazine I saw at Ronnie’s-

So I set up a dark age game in 15mm and am currently playing it through…

  1. Your game looks very Morschauser Alan! The picture on the cover of WN is a classic.

  2. Morschauer's games always look very inviting. There's a certain attraction in the neatly geometric alignment of the grid, the scenery and the figures. Somehow the games look more manageable and playable.

  3. One of the things I like about Morschauser's games is their honesty: this a GAME for entertainment, played - like many others - on a squared board, no pretence at being a 'simulation'. Unlike the orthodox, lots of beautifully painted figures on a model railway/diorama type of terrain, they show something that is realistically achievable, whatever one's artistic skills, in a reasonable time without undue expense.
