Wigs for my lord Springinsfeld and diverse matters
I only recognise the doomed Mr. Neville but the others look interesting. Pray do tell from whence they come. The full bottomed peruke in the last picture is particularly lustrous.
I only recognise King Rufus (or was it Rupert) and the Lord Chamberlain. Pongo, the Queen's pet dragon, is my excuse for the Humperstein Royal Families tame Jabberwock - a very old Games Workshop item.
Rubovia it is indeed Joppy! I am so looking forward to seeing the Jabberwock, what an utterly splendid piece of whimsy. I have a faun (complete with pan pipes) that I enjoy using in games and placing in cover/woods.

ReplyDeleteThe last picture is from "Toutes les Matins de la Monde" and the figure is the composer Lully if my memoray serves me right...
DeleteHmm... was it the Draughtsman's Assistant (Apprentice..?)?? Can't recognise the others though..

I think the first was is A Draughtman's Contact and the last one I think is Baron Munchausen but no idea what the middle is.
