Went out for a walk this morning and took these photos on my return. Already melting sadly with the joy of refreezing as ice to come. It was beautiful before 08:00 am today, few other people had been out and I had the new crisp snow mainly to myself.
Great practice and training for the Alpine troops. Paul
ReplyDeleteGot to keep them on their toes...
DeleteGreat views Tradgardmastare!
ReplyDeleteThanks, it was fun to set up.
DeleteSadly if I were to place figures in my garden at the moment it would look like the Somme .
ReplyDeleteThat’s what mine is like most of the time, the winter warfare covering is a blessed release.Yet the hellebores are nearly up and other signs of potential Spring are appearing.
DeleteReally lovely photos.
ReplyDeleteJust a hint of snow here. What a difference a few miles can make.

Microclimates. I recall colleagues from Keltie always having it much worse than me for example.
DeleteAm just over the Forth from you and snow is just a memory here.
ReplyDeleteNice pics.
Thanks Jim, I’m missing my trips across the Forth. Old Reekie looks great as I see her across the water when out on my walks locally.
