Leaves on the line
Whilst getting ready to take the bench away for painting and varnishing care needs to be taken to avoid the gigantic falling leaves , heralding the coming of autumn soon to the Penedredfel Light Railway.
Almost Autumn on 1st or 21st September, depending who you ask). Such giant leaves from such massive ancient trees to watch out for, I trust you have posted a warning notice for the workers. Flat caps as hard hats. Are the branch line, benches and railway items staying out into the winter?
The branch line and all items such as benches, stations , personnel and fauna will be staying out all winter. The intention is to continue to work with the PLR as an ongoing project over the coming season. Flat caps prove sufficient against the giant leaves, hopefully. Alan Tradgardland
