Confined to quarters

It is Monday morning in Tradgardland and the family have left for work and school. I remain behind confined to quarters. Unplesant painful  symptoms in the early hours of Sunday morning meant an out patient hospital visit. I have now managed to get a bladder infection on top of last week's drama! Not feeling up to much and off work for the first time in absolutely ages!
Little energy to read or plan and sadly no gaming or painting..hopefully the antibiotics will kick in soon.

The antibiotics should begin to take affect fairly quickly, and you should be as right as rain ... and wargaming again ... in the very near future.

In the meantime try to keep your spirits up. When I am feeling unwell, I find that a large dose of 'Zulu' followed by 'Callan' makes me feel much better.

All the best,

Bob

Sleep is good. Naps are good. Your body fights infections best while you are asleep.

I hope that you are soon back to your normal self, sir.

Hi Trad,

I hope you make a speedy recovery and together with Bob's suggestions I think The Adventures of Robin Hood with a certain Mr. E.Flynn should fit the bill nicely!

All the best,

DC

Bad luck old fellow, I wish you a speedy recovery. Take a look at the 2 films 'Riddle of the Sands' and '39 Steps' on youtube. Some kind soul has uploaded full versions of both. The former is particularly good, with Jenny Agutter guaranteed to have you feeling more hale in a trice.
cheers
Mike
