Another Chelsea Sunday- with apologies to Marillion...
It's that time of the year again- the Chelsea Flower Show. It's Salute and much more for gardeners. Although we have never been, Jan & I are great fans, read the magazine/newspaper articles and follow the television coverage with great enthusiasm. Coverage begins tonight and we can't wait. Any other wargamers looking forward to it?

MrsJ and I avidly watch every programme about it and love discussing the various garden schemes. We're not to keen on the conceptual ones, as we often don't 'get' the ideas behind them, but we love the more traditional style. I even have a magazine cutting from some years ago of a garden that was an abandoned railway platform, with old signal box and tracks. Loved it so much I actually contacted the designer for a planting plan. It will never see the light of day, but I can dream. Enjoy yourself lost in peace and quiet.
ReplyDeleteHere's an obscure 'Marillion' link for you.
ReplyDeleteIn days gone by my club kept a book for visitors to sign. One signature we have is 'Derek Dick'.
