The Portable Fantasy Wargame
The men of the town have decided to exercise their authority over the local forest. The residents of the forest are not happy about it. Wolves and bears have gathered to defend their territory accompanied by a giant who has turned up too.
I am fond of them. I realised that I didn’t bring the third box of them back into the house. Sadly l hurt my back lifting things in the shed so can’t try and find it. It contains the ski troops and cavalry. Soon…
Isn't it typical though? You get out a book to read and the neighbors see you and think "Oh, he's not doing anything" and they take up arms and invade your home. [in seriousness, I love the look of your setup]
Aw, why can't they let the giant read in peace? :P
ReplyDeleteI know, awful isn’t it.
DeleteGood to see the native animals banding together for protection ...
ReplyDeleteJust what one would expect.
DeleteNice to see your 40mm Dark Ages figures in action, Alan!

DeleteThe Big Yin looks really good!
ReplyDeleteHe does, an excellent find if I may say so.

ReplyDeleteThanks. He is a great figure. Perhaps he is reading the rules ?
DeleteI hope the giant throws the book at them! (Right, I'll see myself out).
ReplyDeleteLovely stuff, Alan. My money is on the forest dwellers.
Thanks. I am inclined to agree.
DeleteTradgardmastare,
ReplyDeleteI really MUST publish some Portable Fantasy Wargame!
All the best,
Bob
That sounds a plan!
DeleteGlad to see that thoughtful giant in action! He looks as though he’s thinking, “Those men riled up the dogs again, better go see what they’re up to!”
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of him being a thoughtful giant.
