A wee visit to Warbases
Took a bus to Cairneyhill to the Warbases shop for supplies on Monday morning.
I managed to get all I was needing in the way of bases, paint and varnish-In the absence of a paper bag the proprietor kindly gave me a Salute bag complete with figure.
If you are in the area it is well worth popping along to see the ranges on display not to mention the friendly and helpful staff.

I didn't realise they were in your part of the country, Alan. Bonus points for you too for using the public transport option!
ReplyDeleteJust up the road really , brief bus ride away.

Indeed a wonderful place with fabulous staff. And I certainly need some bases!

Agree on both fronts.

I always pop into Warbases every time I venture into the Kingdom of Fife even when I need nothing. I always buy something though.

I've dealt with warbases quite a lot on their specialist laser cutting service and they are always very helpful and the service for their products is excellent.
ReplyDeleteI concur with Brian completely.

You're lucky to have them within striking distance.
ReplyDeleteFortunate indeed, most handy not to mention tempting!
