The Legione Tradgardland and the Duc de Padirac getting ready to see action in Scotland...
The current opinion in Monte-Cristo is that these jaeger sent to Scotland (Tradgarlanders are not alone in their use of carrier pigeons...) are a different bunch from the volunteers trained to forest warfare by Ny Tradgarlander rangers and Indians. The Legione Tradgardland looks like a typical, largely mercenary, 'Free Company' of light troops. While the unit trained by specialists from the New World was some kind of 'elite Landwehr'? Its efficiency would rest partly on their excellent knowledge of their home terrain. Could this 'home terrain', precisely, be the Tradgarlander part of that densely wooded area crossed by the border between Tradgarland and Skogsmork? Wondering... Louys
Pleasant unyforms with a nice 'Tradgarlander' touch. Almost sure the jaeger in grey is a sharpshooter, but can't find the post where it was made clear? Jean-Louis
