You’ve been very productive Alan. That’s a lot to get through in a short time.
ReplyDeleteI’d love to hear more about a Grim Panoply. I love the name. Anything with Grim in it is a winner in my books. 😉
It helps me in lockdown to be busy and get lost in a project. For rules, see my reply below.
DeleteG'Day Alan, Ditto re the rules. Can you advise if they are still available and if so, where one can obtain them? Cheers Greg (Delta Coy)
ReplyDeleteThe rules were never published to my knowledge, You could ask Phil Olley about them. I was lucky enough to get a set years ago when I took part in a game at his place. If you look on his blog you will see that he used them recently for his Pils Holstein game. I got them in 2006 and they were a work in progress at the time.
DeleteSpoke with Phil, you're correct they were never published. As you say, he's play testing them with his Pils Holstein games and does intend to publish them sometime in the future. Cheers Greg
DeleteI will stop using them directly as it seems the right and proper thing to do.
DeleteGreat collection of figures - the flags are looking splendid; what did you treat them with?
ReplyDeleteMy daughter printed them on her printed, I glued them with pva to a steel pike and when dry painted them in pva glue to seal them. They are big but I like the spectacular look.
DeleteThey look soooooo lovely.
DeleteThanks! Have you been in touch re Virtual Wargames club? If not it’s not to late...
DeleteHi Alan- In all these years I've never had to re-base any figures...you seem to be having good success with it all. Have a great Weekend there in Scotland. Cheers. KEV.
ReplyDeleteYou are most fortunate then, I keep changing my mind re basing...
DeleteIt worked well though. You have a great weekend too.
Looking good!
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem Alan re re-basing. I've lost count of how many times I've rebased my 54mm Zulu War and ECW collections. You 40mm look fantastic! Best wishes, Anthony.
