Progress

Made progress on these 28mm Swedes from the 1930s. They are manufactured by Historifigs and available here http://adalen.historifigs.com/
Interesting painting guide and background to Swedish equipment and uniforms here-

  2. INteresting. Looks like some are wearing Landstormen hats? Very unusual figures.

    1. I do like the tricorns. I have 54mm figures depicting Swedes from around 1910 again in tricorns. Such a cool look. I am depicting my Swedes in a mix of uniforms which were around for fun.

  3. Are they by any chance preparing to liberate Denmark? Or even Tradgardland?

    1. A combination of the article in Wargames illustrated and a desire to tackle the lead pile came together. I have had these figures for ages ( wish I had bought more at the time) and at one time I thought they would fight in my vbcw games. However I am not certain what to do with them. I really like the unique look they have and am keen to field them but where?
