    That issue of the MRJ is a great introduction to the Madder Valley story. I recently found hidden in a drawer, a CD from Pendon that has all Ahern's model magazine articles and letters in pdf form. Great browsing.

      I had this issue on pdf from somewhere but treated myself to a physical copy second hand copy to read on the train. I have copies of JH’s books on landscape modelling and building modelling. Big fan. Must get to Pendon one day…
