Duchess Liv has used her contacts in Scandinavia to procure cloth for uniforms that was surplus to requirements. Ships bearing these fruits of her labour arrived yesterday in the Duchy. They will be taken to the Guild of Dyers where they will be given the Rose colour so beloved in the Duchy. Henceforth they will be taken forth and used to supply new uniforms for the Duchy Army.
