Just back from a holiday in the Lake District with the family.We are back 3 days early due to our rented cottage being dirty and the "garden" turned out to be tiny stone-covered yard beside a bookie's shop and hotel extractor fans complete with dog poo around the chairs ...

I'm sorry that your holiday lodgings were a disappointment . . . at least you will now have a few days to recover at home.
