Seasonal scenery on sale

I found these suitably seasonal scenic items yesterday on a rare foraging trip uptown. I had a couple of vouchers and couldn’t resist these at a fiver each. Shortbread, music box and Wargames scenery all rolled into one. What more could one ask...

There is a third one in an brown tone  which I will pick up later. For a sense of scale I have  included three 54mm figures for scale. The labels peel off by the way.

  1. Love Christmas decorations, love shortbread, love the idea of using the tins with our toy soldiers, just seems appropriate.

  2. These are very nice,I've got some laser cut ply Christmas buildings I picked up after the event which aren't bad, they didn't come with biscuits though!

    1. The laser cut stuff is most tempting. I look around now, think about it, hum and haw and find it is sold. My favourite is the Dobbies post New Year sale from which I have got some excellent Lemax stuff very cheap. Sadly they excluded Lemax from the sale this year.

  6. Excellent stuff! I suppose they don't do them in 25mm scale, though? :)

    1. I fear not but on the other hand you could start gaming with 54mm figures!
