Shredded Wheat Building in Welwyn Garden City.

  2. I gather in a sad state, shame as the office buildings are a lovely example of architecture of the time.Think efforts to preserve them are being made.
    Here in Bedfordshire we have lost many interesting and valuable buildings over the years.

  3. I always used to read every bit of print on cereal packets as a kid, used to wonder about the mythical garden city of Welwyn.

    1. Now you have seen it. Actually Welwyn Garden City is well worth a visit, a place to wander about in. Very interesting buildings and houses.
