Break on through to the other side

My 1790 rebasing and painting has stalled. Life has been busy and I have dabbled but both the games table and work bench have hardly seen any change for days now. The question is do I pop the project back in the box until I am more energised to continue it and get something else out or break on through …

  1. I guess that's one only you can answer, but humbly suggest beginning with a task that will energise you before taking that energy to the task that's stalled.

  3. Re-basing can feel a bit of a thankless task, though hopefully very worthwhile when completed! But maybe best to find something else to get enthusiasm going again = 'a change is as good as a rest' - and then come back refreshed... hope it goes well!

  4. Resolve definitely not to do this rebasing and painting, post this resolution online etc. ... and then you can cheerfully ignore this and do both activities or not - either is a win / win.
