Excellent storytelling. I have crossed the French Swiss border on foot in the mountains in a snowfree January and in some places there is not even a signpost. Sadly not even a bear either.
I've often thought of doing a winter table but have resisted due to not wanting a second set of terrain or limiting where the figures could be used. These excellent posts are chipping away at my will power. Well done!

DeleteThose are very nice figures - I'd imagine that curly bugle thing being a bit of an avalanche risk!
ReplyDelete12 on 2D6 and the avalanche starts?
DeleteGood background story to an upcoming encounter? Are the ski troops Starlux figures?
ReplyDeleteThey are indeed Starlux, well spotted. Both sides are mustering I believe...
