Been enjoying “In our Time” whilst painting these Expeditionary Forces figures. This is the first time I have glued/painted these figures and they are a joy to work with. I am currently finishing off painting Americans in hunting shirts and gluing the First Nation figures together.
Interesting looking figures, especially with the joins and glueing. I look forward to seeing what interesting hidden path and ambush games these allow you to play.
ReplyDeleteI do like them. I have a few more boxes allowing a game at a number of levels.
ReplyDeleteI haven't listed to Melvyn Bragg for a couple of years now due to time constraints really. I just checked the In Our Time site and now want to listen to at least the first 3 pages of episodes.... such a diverse mix of fascinating subjects.
ReplyDeleteHe does such a good programme, well worth catching up.
DeleteNow these are some lovely figures, Alan. Best of luck with them!
