Re Yesterday’s teaser…
The autumn/winter project in 54mm - Largs 1263. It will be ahistorical so rivet counters beware!
I coat mine in pva glue, paint on top of that with acrylics and then varnish a couple of coats worth of varnish. I forgot to say the first thing l do as preparation is to wash the figures in water with washing up liquid.
Sounds like fun! Still trying to figure out how to paint 54mms at all - even an undercoat flakes right off.
ReplyDeleteI paint them using acrylics then seal them with a good coat of gloss yacht varnish which gives a toy soldier look .
