Yesterday saw me walking from Kinross to Loch Leven Larder and back again. Loch Leven was where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned on an island. On the walk I saw Red squirrels and water birds including Grebes. The big house in one of the photos appears in Outlander belonging to a character played by Simon Callow. A splendid walk with excellent panini at LLL.
Another interesting walk Alan. It’s been a long time since I’ve been for a good walk myself. Keep up the good work!

ReplyDeleteI went for a nearly 6 mile walk yesterday, but it was just around my suburban neighborhood and some of the parks and wetlands areas. Old historic buildings out here don't date back much further than the later part of the Victorian era.

DeleteIn the 70's, 80's and 90's I spent many months working in, around and under Loch Leven whilst working for the RN a lovely place. I t was nice to catch up on Saturday Alan.
