Chelsea Monday

Last Thursday l had a grand day out at the Chelsea Flower Show with two of my daughters. A tad chilly at times but dry it was certainly an enjoyable and inspiring day.

  1. Very interesting slabs in your last photo. This would take 'Garden Wargaming' to another level.

  3. I like the Chelsea Pensioner statue (although if made now, it might be a female Chelsea pensioner). Thanks for sharing the photos, it gives a crowd visitor eye view of what parts I saw on the BBC coverage.
Oddly Chelsea rarely inspires me to go out and garden … except with toy soldiers as Roger says.
    Not a garden railway anywhere.
    What would John Ruddle say?
All At raised bed level to protect our ageing backs and creaky knees …

  4. Very nice and I can almost smell the flowers (in my head). These days, our yard and garden tend to resemble a very natural, wild, jungle.
