This arrived today-
I saw it on eBay and thought it would fit in well with the 1930s Albion army.It is a pre war Charbens armoured car, or so the seller said in their description.
A couple of Albion chaps giving it the once over. It is a bit smaller scale but that is a look l favour with regard to toy soldier vehicles. Here are some pictures l found online- Giving it the once over…or perhaps demonstrating it to an officer.
This one looks like manoeuvres. Is the chap at the front with a flag wearing a coloured cavalry regimental cap? Thoughts?
Lovely little model, nice find.
ReplyDeleteA lovely old toy Alan - great find. It's clearly seen a lot of action.
ReplyDeleteA good find, fits nicely and oozes character.
ReplyDeleteStylish little motor!
ReplyDeleteSome of these armoured cars are massive - I think underscale models often look far more realistic!
