Forgot to mention I have replaced inches with centimetres as the table is small. That is for movement and firing.
Interesting to see the updates of what you're reading and watching. I really enjoy the Vikings. I've just watched the new Valhalla which is good but not as good as the early Vikings. The book looks like a different read.
They certainly are Stephen , bought painted some time ago and released from barracks for a game. I really enjoyed Vikings too. I found Athelstan, the monk, a fascinating character in particular. I just finished Valhalla Vikings prior to beginning The Last Kingdom and found it enjoyable but not as compelling as the original series. I started the Last Kingdom years ago and only managed series one. I didn’t really take to it. Urged to give it another go I started and am hooked. I find it depicts fascinating times and it has really given me a desire to read into the period in greater depth.
Looks very Dark Agey.....looking forward to reading all about it!
ReplyDeleteIt is and it will be the start of a side project…
DeleteAre those Minifig Carolingians?
