A little progress
Cold here in the Duchy and not really feeling the hobby vibe yesterday. However did a rebasing task I had been putting off-
Single basing is the way forward for happier small scale skirmishes. If you change your mind there are a variety of 1p and 2p movement bases from Warbases.
On underwhelmed hobby days, 1) If in doubt, undercoat. 2) Failing that, F and B (Flock and Base). That's what I did yesterday on Jacklex figures and my Woking 2021 mysteries. Hope it warms up soon for you all.

I agree re single basing. I changed tack and had a very productive day hobbywise but great tip for the next time..
