Simple conversions painted
I finished the first unit of Tradgardlanders yesterday and was pleased with the result. Here they are on manoeuvres near Tradgardstadt -
Nice looking figures, where did the heads come from? When using a hand drill I make a small nick in the figure with a scalpel as a guide mark for where to drill then hold the figure in one hand and the drill in the other. With an electric drill I do the same but hold the drill down firmly on the table and move the figure to the drill,
Heads were from Irregular Miniatures and have thick necks. I am now using Dorset ones as they have a narrower peg. The nick idea is a great tip thanks.
