Productive day

Productive day here in the Duchy. I finished the Army flocking-

In the garden l cut down a tree that had become far too large for its location-

Later in the year, when it is a good time to plant trees, I intend to plant a replacement. We will have a think about what to choose.
Vexed for St Helens RFC losing today. Having an uncle emanating from that town has led to a life long interest in the club.

  1. I find flocking bases very therapeutic , but the flock has a habit of getting everywhere !

    1. I know what you mean. Only thing worse for getting everywhere is glitter!

  2. Good looking army, hopefully they will do well on the table for you!! I too have a tree that need work done to it, it really could do with coming down but it was a present from my late brother so loath to do anything to it.

    1. I can understand that. I would leave it alone. One of my daughters got the wrong end of the stick regarding which tree l had cut down. Mistakenly she thought it was one that was given to us at my wife’s funeral. It was not.

  4. Good progress on the army. And getting the tree down will give you more light.

  6. Tradgardmastare,

I also enjoy flocking … and I’m doing quite a bit of it at present.

    All the best,
