Being lying around for ages. Funny thing is before I wargamed I painted 54s , often Rose Miniatures, all long gone. I got bored with the figures as they just sat on shelves. Got the Rose figures at the Toy Tub.Filling the cracks left by my bad assembly work.

I also bought some Rose figures from Toytub. The only one I can remember is a Thracian peltast.
ReplyDeleteI recall the Toytub (Raeburn Place?) from infrequent visits to Edinburgh - got a very few Hinchcliffe figures there one time I believe. I used to drool over the Rose 54mm figures in Military Modelling but being around 12-14 years old, plastic Tamiya were more in my price range!
