On the workbench : Laketown
These are coming along very nicely. Warbases mdf structures and coffee stirrers put together by me.
Painting is the next job followed by some thought on buildings , boats and backdrop.
Could I suggest a bottle of wood stain from the likes of B&Q would be easier alternative. And several coats of yacht varnish makes an excellent watery surface. I'm wondering about taking inspiration from the treetop walkways at Kew gardens https://www.kew.org/kew-gardens/whats-in-the-gardens/treetop-walkway , possibly a Robin Hood setting?
A good plan re stain and varnish. Really like the tree top Robin Hood idea, loads of modelling and other possibilities for a fascinating project. Alan Tradgardland
I'm keen to see more Alan!
