Today sees the fifteenth anniversary of the start of this blog , not to mention my chronicling the life and times of The Duchy of Tradgardland. It began with me responding to a call from Blue Bear Jeff for imaginations to interact in an imagined 18th Century Europe by means of Emperor v Elector blog - http://emperor-elector.blogspot.com/
So the Duchy was born.
Over the years Tradgardland took part in Jacobite invasions of Great Britain, had a foothold in Canada in Ny Tradgardland and provided many hours of enjoyable distraction to me. The blog developed over time to being a place where I charted my hobby more generally and my wider interests too.It helped me through some very dark days. Through it I have exchanged ideas with others and made new friends. I have enjoyed the interactions with others and their blogs. It has given me much. Thanks to all my readers for making this a great fifteen years!
