Spring pond cleaning
My youngest and I repotting and sorting the pond today-
Finally, talk about excellent service, my 54mm scale heads arrived today, twenty four hours after ordering.
Mine are keen to be involved, sometimes. The youngest (in the picture ) spent a lot of time gardening with me in the first Lockdown whilst the oldest was writing for her Masters. It kept both occupied and was good for our mental health too. Alan
Nice to have some help in the garden for sure! My daughter has cut the grass a couple of times, when the mood takes her! The varrious heads look great and having just waited five weeks for my latest "fix" to arrive from Spain, I am incredibly jealous of the quick turnaround (although my local purchase did turn up in 36 hours so cant really complain!)
Morning Kev, l am giving the pond time to settle then I will get a few. Your talk of the cold reminds me of the outdoor pond my father made when I was a boy. He bought goldfish but one wintery day we went out to the pond we found them frozen in the ice. Must have been a cold winter. Alan
